It's been over a decade since FIFA 15 was released, so we thought it would be timely to find out where 11 of Manchester City's wonderkids featured in the game are now.
At the time the game was released, City were the Premier League champions and headed into the 2014-15 season with manager Manuel Pellegrini leading a squad packed with talent and experience.
We used SoFIFA to track down 11 of City's wonderkids in FIFA 15 and see what they've been up to lately.
Matija Nastasic
Signed from Fiorentina as a promising 19-year-old in 2012, Nastasic had some impressive spells at the Etihad but never quite managed to secure a first-team spot, before moving to Schalke in January 2015.
The Serbian defender then spent seven years in the Bundesliga before returning to Fiorentina for a short spell and now plays for La Liga club Leganes.
Seko Fofana
Fofana was a key member of the Ivory Coast team that overcame a shaky start to win this year's Africa Cup of Nations and is widely regarded as an excellent midfielder.
Players of such quality are often overlooked at City because the competition is so fierce, but it was something of a surprise to discover Fofana isn't playing for any other team in Europe.
The 29-year-old midfielder moved to Al Nasr from Rennes in 2023 but failed to make a significant impact in Saudi Arabia and is currently loaned out to Steven Gerrard's Al Ettifaq.
Jose Angel Pozo
Pozo was a key player at Andoni Iraola's newly promoted Rayo Vallecano side, making more than 100 appearances for the Madrid-based side but fell out of favour after the club's return to La Liga and was released in the summer.
The attacking midfielder made three Premier League appearances, one of which was a start, for City during an unmemorable 2014-15 season but moved to Almeria in 2015 in search of more regular game time.
Jordi Hiura
Hiura grew up at Fletcher Moss Rangers in Didsbury, the amateur junior club that nurtured the likes of Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard, before moving to the blue half of Manchester, where he had a successful season in 2012-13, making 31 appearances for the Under-21 team and scoring 20 goals.
However, the forward never made it into the first team and instead moved to Huddersfield in 2015, beginning a seven-year stint with various Football League clubs, the highlight of which was a 12-goal campaign for Coventry City in 2018-19.
Hiura is currently without a club after a brief spell with Morecambe last season.
Ian Lawler
Perhaps the least well-known name on this list, Lawler has appeared in a few Champions League matches as a City player but has never made one for the club.
The goalkeeper spent the majority of his career with Doncaster Rovers in the Football League, where he still plays, but he also had short spells at Oldham Athletic, Scunthorpe United and Dundee.
Angus Gunn
The son of former Norwich goalkeeper Bryan Gunn, Angus honed his skills with the Canaries' youth team before moving to City at the age of 15.
He was once tipped as a potential successor to Joe Hart and came through the England youth ranks but never made an appearance for City's first team.
Gunn moved to Southampton in 2018 after a season-long loan at Norwich. He returned to Norwich three years later and is now a regular goalkeeper for the Scotland national team.

Karim Rekik
Dutch defender Rekik joined City in 2011 and made several appearances under Roberto Mancini during loan spells at Portsmouth, Blackburn and PSV.
He has four caps for the Netherlands and more than 100 appearances in Europe's top leagues with Marseille, Hertha Berlin and Sevilla, and joined Abu Dhabi club Al Jazira in 2023.

Ronnie Lopez
Listed as Marcos Lopes in FIFA 15, the Portuguese attacking midfielder was part of a small army of young players signed by City in the early 2010s.
Originally signed from Benfica, Lopez made his professional debut coming off the bench in an FA Cup tie with Watford in January 2013, scoring in a 3-0 win, but after that he only made four more cup appearances before moving on to find more playing time elsewhere.
Lopez has a colourful career that includes four French Cups and runner-up finishes with Lille and Monaco, a Europa League win with Sevilla and a Greek Super League title with Olympiacos, and he currently plays for Turkish Super League side Alanyaspor.
Jason Denayer
Denayer never fulfils his full potential, either at City or as a potential successor to Jan Vertonghen and Toby Alderweireld in the Belgian internationals, but he has still had a solid career.
The defender won the Turkish Super League title with Galatasaray in 2017-18 and made over 100 appearances for Lyon, including in their impressive Champions League semi-final win over City in 2019-20.
Denayer, still just 29, plays for Al Fateh in Saudi Arabia.
Devante Cole
Devante, the son of Manchester United legend Andy Cole, could have followed in his father's footsteps and trained at Carrington but opted for City instead – a decision he has since revealed he regrets.
“I had a choice: Manchester City or United. I chose City because I had more fun and it's the best place for young people,” he told the Daily Mail.
“They’ve developed players like Micah Richards and Shaun Wright-Phillips.
“Then they got the money and everything changed quickly. They started buying foreign boys for the Academy and all the English boys got pushed aside. As I got older I realised I had no chance of progressing no matter what I did.”
Cole never played for City's first team, moving to Bradford City in 2015.
He has spent the majority of his career in the third tier but his 18 goals for Barnsley in 2023-24 have earned him a move to Championship side West Bromwich Albion this summer.
Albert Rusnak
Rusnak never made a appearance at the Etihad but has enjoyed a respectable career since leaving the club in 2014, including winning the Dutch Cup with Groningen in his debut season and scoring two goals in the final.
The Slovakian winger is currently playing for the Seattle Sounders, where he won the CONCACAF Champions League.
