THE B1G PREMIERE
*Paparazzi, lights, a red carpet and movie stars — there’s nothing like a Hollywood premiere in Los Angeles. This weekend will be the B1G Premiere as USC hosts its first-ever Big Ten Conference game at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.
*No. 13 USC will host the Wisconsin Badgers on Saturday, Sept. 28 at 12:30 p.m. PT.
MICHIGAN GAME RECAP
*USC fell 24-27 in an extremely close game to Michigan in the Big House on Saturday, Sept. 21.
*The attendance of 110,702 was the largest crowd USC has played in front of since it faced off against Notre Dame at Soldier Field in Chicago in front of a sold out crowd of 120,000 in 1927.
*QB Miller Moss went 28-of-51 (.549) with a season-high 3 TDs and 1 INT.
*The last time a USC QB recorded at least 51 attempts in a game was when former Heisman Trophy winner Caleb Williams recorded 52 passing attempts against Tulane in the 2023 Cotton Bowl.
*RB Woody Marks led the Trojans with 13 carries for 100 rushing yards (7.7 avg.). It was his fourth career 100-yard rushing game and his second consecutive 100-yard rushing game.
*Marks also recorded 5 receptions for 40 yards.
*In a key moment, Marks ripped the football out of Michigan DT Kenneth Grant’s hand after the big defensive tackle had recovered a fumble for Michigan.
*WR Zachariah Branch led the Trojans with a career-high 6 receptions for a career-high 98 yards.
*WR Duce Robinson scored his first TD of the 2024 season and the third of his career. He caught 2 passes for 19 yards.
*WR Ja’Kobi Lane also caught a TD pass. It was the second of the 2024 season and the fourth of his career.
*WR Jay Fair caught his first TD as a Trojan. He notched 3 receptions for 42 yards. It was the third TD of his collegiate career.
*K Michael Lantz scored a 29-yard FG. He is 5-of-6 on field goals this season.
*LB Eric Gentry led the team with 12 tackles, including 3 for loss of 8 yards (with 1 sack for minus 6 yards). He also recorded 1 forced fumble and 1 fumble recovery.
WELCOMING WISCONSIN
*USC and Michigan have only played 7 times (USC is 6-1).
*This will be the teams’ first meeting in 9 years (the last meeting was the 2015 Holiday Bowl).
*This will be Wisconsin’s first visit to the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum since 1966 (58 years ago) and just the second time ever.

*QB Miller Moss ranks No. 8 in the nation (and No. 3 in the Big Ten Conference) in completions per game (25.33).

POWERFUL PUNTING
*P Eddie Czaplicki is currently the No. 1 ranked punter in the nation averaging 52.1 yards on his 11 punts this season recording 573 yards. Four of his punts have been inside the 20 and 8 of them have been over 50 yards.
*He was outstanding in USC’s first Big Ten game against Michigan on Saturday (Sept. 21). He recorded a career-high average of 53.1 yards on 7 punts with a long of 60 yards, which is a season-best. He was instrumental in flipping the field as 5 of his 7 punts were over 50 yards (60 yards, 59 yards, 56 yards, 50 yards and 57 yards).
MAKING HIS MARK
*With his 5 receptions against Michigan, RB Woody Marks extended his streak of consecutive games with a catch to 48, which is the longest active streak in the nation.

USC SCHOOL OF CINEMATIC ARTS PARTNERSHIP
*USC is never in a shortage of talent among its students. USC students from the School of Cinematic Arts have been working with the football creative team in a variety of capacities including photography, videography, music and even helping to create this year’s intro video, “Arrival of the Trojan”.
