Kyle Larson has vaulted to No. 1 in the NBC Sports NASCAR Power Rankings following his win at Bristol last weekend.
There are also three new drivers in the top 10 this week.
The next race in the series is Sunday at Kansas Speedway (3 p.m. ET on USA Network), the opening race of the second round of the Cup playoffs.

1. Kyle Larson (Last week: 1st) — A dominant night at Bristol propelled him into the top spot. Larson led 462 of 500 laps and won both stages and the race. His average running position for the race was 1.11, his best in any race since October 2019. Larson leads the series with 12 stage wins. With the second round reset this weekend, he's back atop the points.
'Great execution' leads to Larson's crushing victory
Kyle Larson led 462 of the 500 completed laps at Bristol, thanks to the No. 5 team's “great execution” throughout the weekend.
2. Christopher Bell (No. 2) — His fifth-place finish marks his fourth top-five in the last five races. Bell has scored points in five of the last eight stages. He is tied with Kyle Larson and Tyler Reddick for the most top-five finishes this season with 11.
3. Tyler Reddick (No. 1) — 20th at Bristol. This was just the third time in the last five races that Reddick has finished outside the top 20. He remains tied for most top 10 finishes this season with 19.
4. Alex Bowman (No. 8) — Finished ninth at Bristol. Earned 120 points in the first round, more than any other driver through those three races.
5. Austin Cindric (3rd) — Finished 10th, 10th and 13th in the opening round of the playoffs. He finished with 103 points for the round, good for second in the series.
6. Chase Briscoe (No. 6) — Finished eighth at Bristol for his ninth top-10 finish of the season, one shy of his career best.
7. Chris Buescher (No. 5) — 14th at Bristol. Has four top 10 finishes in the last six races.
8. Chase Elliott (NR) — His runner-up finish at Bristol was his second top-10 finish in the last three races.
9. Denny Hamlin (NR) — His fourth-place finish was his fourth top-10 in his last seven races.

10. Ryan Blaney (NR) — His sixth-place finish at Bristol was his second top-10 finish in the last three races.
